It’s taco time!
St. Tammany Cancer Center – A Campus of Ochsner Medical Center has scheduled the next of its regular cooking demonstrations, and this time it puts a healthful spin on a south-of-the-border favorite.
The demo is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. this Friday (July 14, 2023) at the cancer center, located at the intersection of Interstate 12 and Highway 21 in Covington, and it will feature recipes for both vegetarian tacos and ground turkey tacos.
