St. Tammany Health System Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer Kerry Milton has been named to Becker’s Hospital Review’s 2025 list of “274 hospital and health system CNOs to know.”
The annual list recognizes nursing leaders from across the country who shape the future of patient care and support clinical teams.
According to Becker’s, Milton “supports and mentors the nursing staff at St. Tammany, where she has worked for 40 years. First joining as a telemetry registered nurse, she helped the system to launch a virtual nursing program that aims to enhance the confidence of the newest nursing workforce members. She also launched a nurse residency program, which instills confidence in new workforce members. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, VHA Gulf States Nurse Executive Group, Women’s Healthcare Executive Network and Louisiana Organization of Nurse Executives.”
