UOA Ostomy Support Group at STPH

Northshore Ostomy Support Group will meet second Tuesdays at 6 pm in St. Tammany Parish Hospital Conference Center Abita Room monthly, beginning April 12.

 

Co-sponsored by St. Tammany Parish Hospital, this group is affiliated with the United Ostomy Associations of America, Inc., a volunteer-based organization dedicated to providing education, information and support to those who have had, or will have, intestinal or urinary diversions. Deanna Wehrung, cancer survivor and ostomate, will facilitate.

 

Ostomates, family, friends, parents of ostomy children, medical advisors and anyone else interested in making life better for the ostomate in the Northshore service area, are welcome to attend.
