St. Tammany Health System has announced its hours of operation for Mardi Gras 2026 at its various clinics and other locations throughout the community.
As always, the health system’s emergency services, including at St. Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington and at our off-site Emergency Department in Mandeville, will remain open around the clock every day.
Otherwise, hours of operation are as follows:
LUNDI GRAS (Monday, Feb. 16, 2026)
> All STHS facilities will be open for business and will observe normal business hours.
MARDI GRAS (Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2026)
> The Express Care walk-in clinic in Covington will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Fat Tuesday.> The Express Care Kids walk-in clinic in Mandeville will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Fat Tuesday.> The STHS Employee Pharmacy (located inside St. Tammany Parish Hospital) will be open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Fat Tuesday.> All other STHS medical and specialty clinics, including the St. Tammany Health System Pharmacy at Braswell’s, will be closed on Fat Tuesday. > Hospital valet services will be suspended for the day.> Hospital parking lot shuttles will observe a weekend schedule, running from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., with Lot 10 closed.
