Medication Synchronization

Do you ever find it difficult to keep up with your medication refills and getting to the pharmacy to pick up your medications? Do you ever miss a dose because you’ve run out? If so, Medication Synchronization is for you. Med Synchronization, also called Med Sync, is a program we offer to help coordinate your medication refills so that you will be able to pick up all of your medications at the same time, on a day that works for your schedule.

Dispill® Multi-Dose Packaging

Let our pharmacy organize your medicine for you with Dispill® Multi-Dose Packaging. When you enroll in this innovative service, our pharmacist places the pills you need for each dose into individual packets. Our labels make it easy to identify when to take your pills because each cell has the date and time. The label can also be color coded to make it easier to visually identify the time of day.

Multi-dose packaging is a safer, easier way for you to keep up with your medication schedule. Plus, the packets are easy to open, which make them convenient to take with you wherever you go.

Durable Medical Equipment

Our comprehensive selection of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) includes a variety of equipment and supplies recommended by healthcare providers to assist you in your daily life or for extended use.

Our products, ranging from equipment to supplies, prioritize quality and reliability. Special orders are welcomed.

Medication Therapy Management

Medication therapy management, known as MTM, is a term used for an approach to helping you manage your medications and health conditions. This service is a good option for people who take multiple medications and/or have chronic conditions, such as diabetes, asthma, and high blood pressure.

To determine if MTM is right for you, ask yourself these questions:

  • Do you take several medications for several different health conditions?
  • Is it difficult to manage your health and your medications?
  • Are you having any side effects from your medications?
  • Do you take medications that require close monitoring?
  • Do you have any concerns about medication costs?

If you answered yes to one or more of the above, you may benefit from a comprehensive medication review or MTM services. Many health care plans, including some Medicare and Medicaid plans, cover the costs. Talk with our pharmacist about MTM today.
